These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Dorex8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming website accessible at dorex8.cam. To register and maintain an account on the Dorex8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Dorex8 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with generally accepted international online gambling standards applicable to Malaysia. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or enforced, on any online gambling platform.
• You must not have had a previous Dorex8 account that was suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Dorex8 platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly notify Dorex8 of any changes to your registered details.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Dorex8 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to adequately secure your login information.

Dorex8 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Dorex8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be approved. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play but will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document. For Malaysian players, this is typically a MyKad (front and back). Non-Malaysian players may submit a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (dated within the last three months) confirming your registered address.

Dorex8 accepts deposits from the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Dorex8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is found to have originated from an account belonging to another person, the deposit may be reversed, the associated funds frozen, and the account suspended pending investigation.

Dorex8 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside Dorex8's control. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements and blockchain transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any active bonus balance must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements before the associated funds may be withdrawn.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits as determined by their VIP tier.
• The account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, active disputes, or flagged activity.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Dorex8 reserves the right to request re-verification of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals to a new destination.

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) within 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to on-chain confirmation times.

Dorex8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above. Each eligible player may claim each bonus offer only once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's balance as non-withdrawable promotional credits. They become withdrawable only after the associated wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount. The Player must wager that total sum before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

• Players found to have exploited bonus offers through methods such as arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or manipulation of game selection to minimise risk exposure may have their bonus privileges revoked and their accounts reviewed.

All games available on the Dorex8 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by prior results, player identity, or account balance. Game results are final and binding once a round has been completed.

Each game's specific rules, paytable information, and RTP percentage are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Dorex8 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, Dorex8's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager associated with the affected round may be voided and the staked amount refunded to the Player's account balance.

Dorex8's sports betting and esports betting markets, including odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Dota 2, Mobile Legends, and CS2 events, are set and managed by Dorex8. All settled results are final. Objections to settled results must be raised within 48 hours of settlement via the live support channel.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances without compensation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to deposit funds from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that interfaces with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by Dorex8.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any transaction that constitutes, or may constitute, a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the platform's underlying source code, algorithms, or database structures.
• Using the platform's live chat, email support, or any other communication channel to threaten, harass, or abuse Dorex8 staff or other players.

Dorex8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gambling should be undertaken as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content; use any Dorex8 branding or trademarks without prior written authorisation; or create derivative works based on the platform's design or functionality.

Any unauthorised use of Dorex8's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dorex8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues beyond Dorex8's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from inadequate security practices on your part.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on platform content, including game RTP information or odds displays.

Dorex8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are encouraged to maintain their own up-to-date security software.

Dorex8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, Dorex8 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or a prominent platform notice.

Dorex8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is associated with suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The Player has been found to have multiple accounts on the platform.
• An account has remained inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
